Perspective

Sometimes coming in to talk with a therapist is like getting a new perspective on problems that have dogged you for a long time. The therapist doesn’t have all the answers but he or she can help you look at your life with fresh eyes and new insight.

Sometimes it feels like you are being heard in a way you have not been heard before. It can take courage to tell your problems to someone who is a complete stranger but often this is just what it takes to begin unraveling the situation you find yourself in. It’s ok to be scared and this is normal but even when your scared it can be the right thing to move forward.
